Advancing Bioinformatics with Modern Hardware, HPC Compute + Software
Bioinformatics is advancing health-care research by using computation to understand biological data. It’s useful for large complex data sets used in determining gene and protein functions, establishing evolutionary relationships, and predicting 3D shapes of proteins.
