Junard Lee is Director of the Partner & Retail Team at Intel Korea. He is building a diverse vertical market ecosystem such as smart factory, healthcare, and AI education to expand business opportunities, and is responsible for sales, solution development, marketing, and collaboration with SI, ISV, and CSP/MSP. He joined Intel in 2003 and was in charge of Samsung’s wireless division, contributing to Intel’s growth through flash memory and Xscale businesses in the mobile phone market. He is also working on spreading oneAPI and openVINO to improve the developer environment.

Scott Apeland leads Intel’s Developer Ecosystem and is responsible for defining and delivering programs for software developers world-wide. This includes building a vibrant ecosystem for oneAPI, an open standards-based, multiarchitecture, multi-vendor programming model that delivers a common developer experience across accelerator architectures. Scott joined Intel in 1991 and prior to his current role was responsible for managing new product development, roadmap strategies and partner initiatives in the Video Conferencing Division, Internet Media Streaming Division and Embedded Controller Division. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.

He has worked on various domains such as pharmaceutical, manufacturing and retail, and has led several teams in research and product development.
He has a B.Tech degree and a curious mind. He is also an Intel Black Belt Developer – a coveted open-source Intel award given to people who have contributed to Intel Open Source Contribution. He has authored 4 books and is currently pursuing his PHD in Industrial IoT and AI.
