Sequence Alignment Software Migration and Performance Evaluation Based on DPCT
Use the DPCT conversion tool and GASAL2 sequence alignment software to explore the process of migrating CUDA programs to DPC++, and verify the functional consistency and performance in different architectures before and after migration.
